I am so excited to announce my next Child Photography workshop in conjunction with Harmon’s School of Photography. The Workshop is geared toward the beginner to intermediate DSLR user as well as moms and dads who want to take better photos of their children. You will learn about aperture and shutter speed, ISO, understanding your histogram, indoor and outdoor natural light, and how to use your camera in non-automatic modes. The Workshop will be in two parts. The first session will take place on Friday February 10th, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Embassy Suites Hotel on Jamaican Court (off International Drive) where we will discuss equipment, my approach to photographing children and share some of post-processing techniques. The following morning, Saturday February 11th, from 9:00am to 1:00pm, our venue will be the newly remodeled Peabody Hotel on International Drive. Participants will split into smaller groups and photograph child models of different ages under the watchful eye of myself and assistant instructors.
